194 or C2 - HDA Temperature: Informative. Show the disc temperature.
195 or C3-Hardware ECC Recovered: Number of recovered errors on-the-fly (on Maxor discs).
196 or C4 - Reallocation Count: Number of rowgot operations.
197 or C5 - Current pending sector: number of unstable sectors (waiting for rowgrowed).
198 or C6 - Offline Scan Uncorrecable Count: Number of errors without correcting.
199 or C7 - UDMA CRC RATE ERROR: Number of CRC errors during ultradma mode.
200 or C8 - Write Rate Error: Frequency of errors in writing operations.
201 or C9 - Soft Read Error Rate: Number of errors when trying to access the next track.
202 or CA - Data Address Mark Error: Number of data brand errors (DAM).
203 or CB - RUN OUT CANCEL: Number of memory detection errors.
204 or CC - Soft ECC Correction: Number of errors corrected by error detection software.
205 or CD - Thermal Asperity Rate (TAR): number of temperature errors.
206 or CE - Flying Height Height of the heads on the surface of the disc.

209 or D1 - Offline Seek Performance: Search performance during off operations.
220 or DC - Disk Shift: disc change.
221 or DD - G -Sense Rate Error: Number of errors as a result of impacts detected.
222 or - Loaded Hours: number of hours in operational state.
223 or DF - Load or Unoad Retry Count: Load caused by recurrence operations (reading, recording, positioning ...).
224 or E0 - Load Friction: Load caused by mechanical friction.
225 or E1 - Load or Unoad Cycle Count: Total number of load cycles.
226 or E2 - Load -in Time: Disc load time.
227 or E3 - Torque amplification count: amount of rotations.
228 or E4 - Power -Off Retract Count: Number of off events.
230 or E6 - GMR Head amplitude: amplitude of the heads (GMR -head).
231 or E7 - Temperature: unit temperature.
240 or F0 - Head Flying Hours: Time elapsed in positioning operations.
250 or FA - READ RETRY RATE ERROR: Number of errors in reading operations.
If a value comes out of the ordinary it will show us in the aforementioned colors
If there are several in yellow or red you should think about changing hard drive.
