How to request extension?

Since June 14, the corresponding button is enabled to process the expansion of the digital bonus of 1,000 euros in the request files of the beneficiaries of Segment III.

Applicants, self -employed and micropymes, who have already received the aid of previous 2,000 euros, have the option of expanding that amount through their file at the Electronic Headquarters of Red.es.

As simple as accessing by digital certificate or cl@see the electronic headquarters, open its file, click on the "Digital Bonus" button and confirm the expansion with a click.

Red.es will review that the requirements to opt for this extension are met and will inform through resolution, the granting of the additional 1,000 euros.

Safe job

Red.es expands the amount of the subsidy for segment III beneficiaries (freelancers and micropymes between 0 and less than 3 employees) that they can allocate in a new category of digitalization that they have called "safe job position" . This part of the subsidy can be used for the purchase of laptops or desktop , or any other digital category, as long as it has not been previously signed.

This "safe job" is designed to improve productivity and competitiveness in a safe digital environment and includes a cybersecurity license hardware device and data encryption.

The microenterprises and freelancers that opt for help for the first time and choose the new category, must combine it with another available solution of the Digital Categories , to optimize their digital transformation.

The possibility of allocating part of the amount of hardware purchase aid had been sued by small businesses or self -employed for a long time, the requests have been heard.

With retroactive character

This extension of the amount of the subsidy for the purchase computers with the digital kit program is retroactive, so, the companies that have already requested the digital bonus or have consumed it totally or partially, they can request this expansion through Red.es.

Red.es linked to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function of Spain, thus announces the increase of 1,000 euros in the subsidy for segment III of the Digital Kit, subsidies to buy computers or laptops of a professional nature or for any other category, raising maximum aid to 3,000 euros.
