What is the digital Xpande program?

The Chamber of Commerce of Spain launches lost aids for SMEs, micropymes and freelancers. Its objective is to help companies implement a digital marketing plan in a foreign market , supporting their internationalization strategy and online positioning, as well as their ability to operate in a global digital environment. The program is financed by the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER).

XPande Digital is articulated in 2 phases:

  • Phase I: Design of the Digital Marketing Plan oriented to the target market, in addition to the advice for the improvement of the online positioning of the company.
  • Phase II: Concession of up to 80% (in the case of the province of Murcia) in aid for the implementation of the International Digital Marketing Plan designed in phase I.

Subsidable Actions of XPande Digital

The Digital Marketing Action Plan will consider the following actions subsidable and to know which of them are the ones that require your company, you can consult free with Gowtech .   • Design and creation of campaigns in Google Adwords (SEM). CPC/CPM Expenditure of campaigns.
  • Modification, expansion and reform of the web regarding organic positioning (SEO).
  • Preparation of web analytics; General integration, configuration of objectives and conversions, creation of a personalized control panel.
  • “Content Marketing” content generation actions.
  • E-mail marketing actions; Digital tools to reinforce clients' development, development and loyalty strategy.
  • Design and creation of social networks campaigns (SMM). CPC/CPM Expenditure of campaigns.
  • Creation and design of landpages, microsites.
  • High in directories and / or Market Places.
  • Purchase of domains.
  • Edition, creation of videos for social networks.
  • Translations.

Requirements to be a beneficiary of Xpan Digital

  • Be SME, micropyme or autonomous.
  • Be registered in the IAE Census.
  • Be an industrial, commercial and/or services company of any section of the IAE (consult excluded).
  • Do not find each other in any of the prohibitions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
  • Have its registered office and/or productive center in one of the municipalities of the demarcation of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain.
  • Be up to date with tax obligations and in front of Social Security.
  • Have operational website.
  • Have your own product/service on which the international online positioning will focus.
  • Have an objective foreign market decided to position said product or service.
  • Comply with the minimis standard.
  • Comply with the principles of advertising, transparency, concurrence, confidentiality, equality and non -discrimination.
  • Not having a beneficiary of the XPande Digital program more than 2 times. 3 It will be the maximum number of times that a company may benefit from the Xpan Digital program, participating in each occasion in a different market.

What is the amount subsidized by Xpan Digital?

80% of the total investment made will be subsidable , on an eligible maximum cost of € 4,000. This means that the maximum amount of the aid granted will be € 3,200 per beneficiary , not including VAT.

The total amount must be prefinanced by the recipient company, which will subsequently recover that 80% of the total, sympre and when duly justifying the investment made within the terms and deadlines agreed in the call.

The subsidable percentage can vary from 50% to 80% according to the province where you request.

Where and how to submit the application?

The interested SME or autonomous can make the aid request through two ways:

  • Go to the Provincial Chamber of Commerce to which it is assigned within the official schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays.
  • Online online, through the electronic headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce , accessible at the address: https://sede.camara.es/sede/

For the granting of the aid, the order of the applications submitted will prevail.

Presentation terms in the province of Murcia

The application deadline will remain open until February 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
