With this new category for micro-businesses and self-employed workers in Segment III, you can make a subsidized purchase of a hardware device, necessary to digitalize your services.

Services and characteristics

Hardware device

  • A processor with at least 4 physical cores and a maximum CPU clock speed of at least 2.9 GHz and a minimum score of 15,000 in PassMark Software, as of May 13, 2024.
  • A minimum RAM memory of 16GB DDR4.
  • A minimum of 512 GB SSD storage . Your data will also be protected with encryption; the password will be provided by the Digital Agent.
  • factory-licensed, pre-installed operating system
  • Integrated graphics, network and sound cards
  • Input/output interfaces , such as USB ports or microphone input, which may be integrated into the device or through a port replicator.
  • A screen (if it's a laptop, it must be at least 13 inches); an optical mouse (if it's a laptop, the built-in mouse or touchpad will be accepted); a webcam with a minimum HD resolution ; and a reader (DNI-e) with a USB interface.
  • In the specific case of desktop computers, you'll need a minimum 23-inch monitor with a Full HD resolution and LCD, LED, or equivalent display technology, at least one HDMI port, and a European Union energy label; a keyboard; and cabling for both device power and HDMI.
  • For desktop and laptop computers, they must have at least one certification types (or similar): ENERGY STAR®, EPEAT™ Silver Registered, and TCO.
  • MIL STD 810H certification or equivalent . They must meet a minimum of five methods, including: high temperature, low temperature, and humidity.

Support and attention service

GOWtech will provide a Support and Care service with the following guarantees from the delivery of the devices until the completion of Phase II:

  • The device will be delivered within Spain after its correct operation has been verified.
  • As a beneficiary, you can receive support within 5 business days. You must have an email address to receive notifications of breakdowns or incidents. The support service is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Repairs will be performed through remote support or on-site at the delivery location. Any resulting costs will be the responsibility of the digitizer. Repairs for breakage or damage, as well as configuration issues, are included, provided they are based on proper use of the device.
  • The maximum repair time, from the time the incident is reported until it is resolved, is 5 business days. If this deadline is not met, you will be provided with a similar replacement device.

Basic cybersecurity

The Secure Workplace solution will meet the following minimum requirements associated with the Cybersecurity solution category:

  • Antimalware : You'll have access to a tool that scans your device, its internal memory, and external storage devices.
  • Antispyware : A tool that detects and prevents spyware will be provided.
  • Secure Email : You'll have email analysis tools with the following features: Antispam, with spam detection and filtering, and Antiphishing, with detection of emails containing links or malware suspected of being used to steal credentials.
  • Safe Browsing : You'll have content control and anti-adware to avoid malicious ads.
  • Threat analysis and detection : The solution will allow you to understand the behavior of existing and new threats.
  • Network monitoring : You'll have tools that analyze network traffic and alert you to threats.
  • Initial Configuration and Security Updates : Initial configuration is required for proper use, with updates to malware signatures and other threat detection data, in addition to the required periodic security software updates.
  • Special training requirements : In addition to the standard training requirements, the training you'll receive will include security software configuration coaching, as well as a cybersecurity awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

The acquisition of the computer will be possible

Option 1: GOWtech will offer the beneficiary the option of keeping the computer by paying only the VAT for the project (computer + support + cybersecurity).

Option 2: Following the regulatory bases of the Digital Kit, indicate the following:

  • In the event that you do not pay the agreed purchase amount, the Adhering Digital Agent may recover the equipment.
  • At the end of the 12-month service provision period corresponding to Phase II, the Adhering Digitalization Agent must provide the purchase price of the equipment in their offer from the Acelera Pyme Digitalization Solutions Catalog. This amount must be reflected in the Digitalization Solutions Provision Agreement.
  • According to the Digital Kit's regulatory bases: The purchase price will be a maximum of 15% of the signed agreement amount (solution amount).
